AQMeN - Applied Quantitative Methods Network

Helen is the Senior Statistician for AQMeN. Her role is to provide methodological expertise in taking forward the aims of the Network.
 
Previously she has held posts in academia (Senior Research Fellow in Medical Statistics, University of Edinburgh), the health services (Principal Statistician, ISD; Senior Statistician, NHS Quality Improvement Scotland) and in the commercial sector (ICI Pharmaceuticals).
 
She has a research interest in mixed (multilevel) models and has published two editions of a textbook in this area.
