Interview with Stewart Fotheringham We were fortunate recently to have the opportunity to interview Stewart Fotheringham, Director of the Centre for GeoInformatics at the University of St Andrews. Stewart is one of the founders of the increasingly popular technique of geographically weighted regression.
Focus on Methods: In this edition we have articles on: Quantile Regression by Katrin Hohl (London School of Economics); and Software for Structural Equation Modelling by Nick Shryane (University of Manchester) and Simon Hunter (University of Stirling).
Spotlight Rhys Andrews from Cardiff Business School describes the research on Public Service Performance being carried out by the Cardiff Public Management Research Group. Rhys was one of the presenters at AQMeN's recent conference on Evaluating the Effectiveness of Public Services.
